RETURN POLICY:
- If the sign has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to refund or remake the sign.
- Proof of purchase is required. - NOTE: Lotza does not offer refunds (unless goods are faulty). We do not accept returns for signs that are unsuitable due to the selections made by customer.
- To complete your return, we require you contact us to pre-arrange authorisation. Please email: info@lotzadesign.com.au regarding your request, and we will give you instructions.
- Shipping for returns will be at your own expense. The sign must be returned within 14 days and in its original packing.
- We cannot send your exchange products until we have received the original sign back. When shipping, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
